Dubbed the "Sudanese rapper defying Afro-Arab taboos" by Rolling Stone (July 2023), and having ended 2022 with a shout out from SZA, Nadine El Roubi's global presence continues to blossom since releasing her debut EP, 'Triplicity' (2022).

Based in Boston, USA, Nadine El Roubi blends hip-hop and neo-soul to share her experiences as an Arab woman of the diaspora, with Sudanese, Egyptian, and Iranian heritage. Her music explores the intricacies of identity, with a focus on intersectional female empowerment and rap as revolution.

She soon played her first festival at the XP music future conference in Riyadh, Saudi, and her regional success soon trickled into international success, with two shows in London in early 2022.

October 2022 marked the release of her debut EP entitled Triplicity, after which she was pioneered by Esquire Magazine Middle East as "the next big thing", with her lead single Honey Butter being debuted on Ebro's Apple Radio show, and featured on award winning hip hop blog HipHopNMore. The project was created in collaboration with the highly coveted Egyptian producer and engineer Kubbara, a frequent collaborator with artists such as Abyusif, Zaid Khaled, Donia Wael, and Wegz.

In 2023, Nadine El Roubi solidified her global presence, having played a European tour, performing at prestigious venues such as Bush Hall, KOKO London alongside Habibi Funk, Tivoli in Utrecht alongside Rasha Nahas, as well as an intimate show in Lisbon, Portugal. After closing Beirut & Beyond's two day rap festival in Beirut, Nadine went on to perform at various shows in the USA, ranging from the Moroccan Lounge in LA, to Public Records in New York, and even a performance at Ivy League school Princeton University.

Nadine El Roubi is closed 2023 strong, with a main-stage performance at SOLE DXB and a headlining homecoming show in Cairo. In 2024, Nadine has just released the first single off Part Two of her Freestyles Mixtape. The video for the track has reached over a million views across platforms.
